With out a doubt, the best steak I have ever cooked at home. Salt pepper and seared on the grill, cooked to the rare side of med rare. Super tender, juicy and flavorful. As good or better than any Ribeye I have had anywhere.

Delicious cut of meat. Only seasoned with a little truffle salt and pepper.
Had a Japanese Wagu a couple of weeks ago. Paid three times as much and it was terrible. Not doing that again. Hassel beef is the best!
