there were cooked to medium rare and were still tough and grainy. won’t be back
No Gristle, Just tender, juicy, tasty Steak……and the sausage is really good along with the Burgers ………!!!!!!!!
Love getting the 19-24lb ones and slow cook and it comes out so tender, juicy and tastes Amazing!!
